All prices including plants, labels, packing, postal charges, delivery and freight are subject to 10 % GST.

Prices, terms and conditions may change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS:

New customers: prepayment / COD. Established customers 21 days from date of invoice. No statement will be sent. A 5% surcharge per month or part thereof will apply to overdue accounts. Prompt payment is appreciated

CONSIGNMENT GROWING / FORWARD ORDERING:

By negotiation. A deposit may be required.

LABELS:

We will supply 1 plain stick in label per tray

MINIMUM QUANTITY:

Please note we are a wholesale nursery. 21 plants per variety (half tray). Specials minimum 42 plants per variety (1 tray). Please

order in multiples of half trays (21 plants for 50mm tubes, 10 for 75mm tubes). Minimum order is 2 trays. For orders requiring cartons please order in even tray numbers.

CONSUMABLES CHARGES:

80c per SP tray, $1.50 per K1 tray, $5 per carton. Please note carton requirements by freight companies ie Bohaul.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. Collect from Devon.

2. Australia Post:

Flat packed, tubes are laid on their side, interlayered by plastic trays, max 84 x 50mm tubes per carton, postal charges approx $15 - $40 per carton depending on location & weight / volume plus carton cost $5, plus packing fee of $10 per box. Some  fragile plants may not be suitable for mailing. Parcel insurance will be taken out at a cost of approx $5.

Note Australia Post has restrictions on both size H x W x D and weight (20 Kg) of cartons. Plants larger than allowable carton can

only be shipped by freight company.

3. We deliver to nursery / transport company. Free to Mt Dandenong area, $40 Eastern suburbs less than 30 km from Monbulk,

elsewhere by freight company at your cost or by arrangement.

4. Freight Companies:

Charges typically $5+ per tray Vic SA NSW, $8+ Tas Qld, plus fuel levy & GST. Minimum freight charges $30 - $65 apply

depending on freight company. Freight charges will normally be charged by the freight company directly to the receiver. In case the freight company charges us, we will add the charge to your invoice. Please contact Freight Co for exact quote.

5. Western Australia:

Please be aware that due to the quarantine / DPI requirements for sending plants to WA, a $10 surcharge per carton will be

incurred, in addition to all other fees.

CONDITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

All tubes are packed and despatched in excellent condition.

Our responsibility ceases when freight company or post office accepts the plants. Claims for damage / missing or non delivered

stock should be directed to the freight company / Australia Post. We should also be notified immediately / within 7 days.

CREDIT CARD:

We can automatically charge you credit card for future purchases, when due.
